Made this pesto bread but added a few small chopped tomatoes. It was incoryalb.


Then this rosemary bread but I added like a tablespoon of crushed red pepper. It was better than the other rosemary bread I made and it was really spicy.

I'm making a cinnamon swirl loaf rn.

unfortunately left the loaf in maybe 2 mins too long - so the top got a little toasty

i acquired a loaf FRI just to bring to work MON and i left it at home gonna have to make a trip home just to snatch the loaf

Cinnamon swirl attempt 2...not an ideal swirl but better than my last attempt. I added nutmeg to the cinnamon/sugar mix and it was really good.


So ridiculous to me that I'm taking pictures of bread but this basic looking loaf is beer bread. I wasn't sure what to expect really. I used a high abv(8.9) IPA and you can def taste some bitterness. This loaf was also kind of hard to cut through. The bread seems dense. It also got more toasty than usual.
